for High Plains organic.
Certified organic farming is the fastest-growing sector of American agriculture. This room exists so High Plains producers can find premium markets, tighten their organic system, and compare notes with people who farm the same weather.
Who should come
Producers first
Join us to implement regenerative practices and get paid for them. Organic buyers from across the region share which crops they’re buying in 2027. Experienced organic farmers, certification staff, policy people, and crop insurance agents help you find revenue and keep the operation viable.
The conference is organized by farmers, faculty, and extension staff from the University of Wyoming, Colorado State University, and University of Nebraska.
